2026 Terms & Conditions

All persons entering the festival are subject to search of their persons and belongings at the discretion of the CBF Productions (CBF).

TICKET LICENSE AGREEMENT, TERMS & CONDITIONS
2026 EVENT
These Terms and Conditions apply to all persons purchasing a ticket to or entering an event produced by CBF Productions (“CBF”), and held in coordination with the City, County, and/or the State of California. By purchasing a ticket or entering the Event premises, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. TICKET LICENSE
This ticket is a revocable license granting the holder admission to the Event. CBF Productions reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.
No refunds will be issued for removal or denied entry due to policy violations.
There are NO IN / OUT privileges once entry has been granted.

2. SECURITY & ENTRY
All persons and belongings entering the Event are subject to search by Event security personnel.Refusal to submit to a search may result in denial of entry without refund. Security policies are implemented to ensure the safety of attendees, staff, artists, and the public.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Attendance at the Event involves inherent risks.
By entering the Event premises, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation,
including but not limited to:
● Personal injury
● Exposure to loud music and crowds
● Alcohol-related incidents
● Weather conditions
● Property loss or theft
● Risks associated with large public gatherings

These risks may occur before, during, or after the Event.

4. CODE OF CONDUCT
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
• Moshing
• Crowd surfing
• Stage diving
• Nudity or exposed body parts prohibited under California County Code §32.1002
• Smoking of any kind including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices
Violation of these policies may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.

5. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE

By entering the Event, you grant CBF Productions and its partners the right to photograph,
film, record, and use your image, likeness, or voice in any media format for promotional,
marketing, or commercial purposes without compensation.

6. SMS COMMUNICATION CONSENT
By purchasing or using a ticket for the Event, you consent to receive SMS communications
from CBF Productions regarding:
● Event updates
● Schedule changes
● Notifications
● Marketing communications

Standard messaging and data rates may apply.

7. PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are prohibited at the Event:
• Weapons or firearms, including pocket knives (including off-duty law enforcement)
• Outside food or beverages (except documented medical needs)
• Cans, bottles, glass containers, or coolers
• CamelBaks or hydration bladders
• Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
• Professional photo or video recording equipment
• Skateboards, bicycles, or motorized vehicles
• Footballs, baseballs, frisbees, or playing catch
• Gang-related colors or insignia
• Drones
• Fireworks or explosives
• Laser pointers or selfie sticks
• Stickers, flyers, or unauthorized solicitations
• Pets (service animals permitted under ADA regulations)

• Umbrellas (parasols permitted)
CBF Productions reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items and deny entry.

8. ALCOHOL POLICY
Alcohol service is restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older with valid government-
issued identification.
Government Warning:
According to the U.S. Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during
pregnancy due to the risk of birth defects. Consumption of alcohol impairs your ability to drive a
vehicle or operate machinery and may cause health problems.

9. EVENT CHANGES
Event performers, schedules, and operating hours are subject to change without notice.
Artist cancellations or schedule changes do not constitute grounds for refund.

10. WEATHER & EVENT CANCELLATION
Events are rain or shine.
No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
If the Event must be canceled, postponed, or suspended due to safety concerns, severe
weather, fire, government order, or emergency conditions, CBF Productions reserves the
right to modify or cancel the Event without refund, except where required by law.

11. LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

By entering the Event, you release and hold harmless the following entities (collectively referred
to as the “Releasees”):
● CBF Productions
● The City
● The County
● State of California
● Event venue owners or lessors
● Event sponsors and partners
● Their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, and agents

from any claims arising from personal injury, illness, death, or property damage occurring in
connection with the Event, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of the
Releasees.

12. INDEMNIFICATION
Attendees agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Releasees from any claims,
damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of:
● The attendee’s actions at the Event
● Violation of Event rules
● Damage to property or injury caused by the attendee

This obligation survives the attendee’s participation in the Event.

13. MANDATORY ARBITRATION
Any dispute arising from attendance at the Event or these Terms shall be resolved through
binding arbitration in Ventura County, California, under the rules of the American
Arbitration Association.
By agreeing to arbitration, you waive the right to a court trial or jury trial except where
prohibited by law.

14. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
All disputes must be brought individually.
Attendees waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or
representative proceeding against CBF Productions or the Releasees.

15. FORCE MAJEURE
CBF Productions shall not be liable for failure to perform Event obligations due to circumstances
beyond its control, including but not limited to:
● Natural disasters
● Severe weather
● Government orders
● Public health emergencies
● Fire or safety hazards
● Labor disputes
● Utility failures
● Acts of terrorism or civil unrest

In such cases, the Event may be rescheduled, modified, or canceled without refund, except
where required by law.

16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws
of the State of California.
Venue for any permitted legal proceedings shall be in the same county in which the event was held.

17. AGREEMENT
By purchasing a ticket or entering the Event premises, you acknowledge that:
● You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
● You agree to be legally bound by them
● This document constitutes a binding legal agreement

Entry to the Event constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF AND CBF PRODUCTIONS, THE STATE, THE COUNTY, AND THE LESSOR.
